Kids’ Chance of Florida Names Bill Rogner to serve as 2023 President
(March 1 2023) Bill Rogner is honored to serve as 2023 president of Kids’ Chance of Florida Inc., a nonprofit organization that provides scholarships to educate the children of Florida workers who have been killed or seriously injured in work-related accidents. Since its founding in 2015, the group has awarded 57 scholarships totaling $248,000 and has a current graduation rate of 100%.
“I am humbled to take the reins as president of Kids’ Chance of Florida,” says Rogner. “I am ever grateful for the support of the Board and our Ambassadors, and particularly in debt to Stacy Hosman, our immediate past president. I look forward to helping more families achieve their educational goals.”
“My goals for the year begin and end with the kids,” he said. “We need to reach more of them and we need to raise the levels of support provided to our current scholars. I also hope to find qualified candidates for the Board of Directors. We need the vigor and vision that new members can provide.”
