Welcome, Heather McLeod & Josh Day!

(7-31-23) We are pleased to announce that two excellent attorneys have joined the Andy Borah team in our Deerfield Beach office.  Both have significant experience in defense firms AND in-house with carriers that make them a great resource for HR Law clients.

Heather McLeod has been defending WC claims for nearly 30 years, both with law firms and as in-house counsel at major carriers Liberty Mutual, CNA and The Zenith.  Certified as a mediator, she earned her law degree from the University of Georgia and her undergraduate degree from Virgina Tech.  Heather is a dedicated volunteer for Give Kids the World, serving on their auction committee for the gala at WCI.  Reach her at hmcleod@hrlawflorida.com or 954.580.1501.

Before earning his law degree from FAMU in 2013, Josh Day worked nine years as a general liability adjuster at The Hartford.  He attended law school during his last four years of full-time adjusting, so you know he’s cool under pressure!  Josh was in private practice before returning to The Hartford for five years as in-house counsel.
