Mark E. Hill, who’s been practicing law since 2000, has experience in all facets of the workers’ compensation sector. He has spent 15 years in private practice defending employers, carriers and TPAs, four years as a state mediator with the Office of the Judges of Compensation Claims (JCC), as well as 10 years on the claimant side representing injured workers.  His experience in defense and mediation, combined with insight gleaned from the claimant world, make him particularly knowledgeable defense counsel.

A native of Michigan, Mark received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law, in St. Petersburg, Florida, and his Bachelor of Science degree in business management and marketing from Central Michigan University.

Mark is a founding member and current president of the Robert D. McAliley American Inn of Court.  A past president and director of the Indian River County Bar Association, Mark has earned multiple pro-bono awards from the Florida Bar Association and the Florida Rural Legal Service. He lives in Vero Beach with his wife.
