Andrea Ervan is an associate in HR Law’s South Florida office. A member of the Florida Bar since September 2025, she earned her Juris Doctor from Florida International University, Cum Laude, in 2024. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and an Undergraduate Certificate in Global Studies from Penn State University, where she graduated in 2017.
Prior to and while studying law, she gained significant experience working as a paralegal, case manager and legal assistant at three different Florida firms. In 2016, she served as a legal intern for the Pennsylvania Office of the Attorney General.
Outside of the office, Andrea enjoys spending time in Florida’s great outdoors with her husband and young son.
