Congratulations to Rob Osburn, Brian Ricotta and Dino Jahic!
Rob Osburn has been an integral part of our firm for nearly 30 years, focusing exclusively on Workers’ Compensation defense. Rob is a trusted advisor to a variety of employers, carriers and third-party claims handlers. He is a double ‘Nole who earned his B.A. in Economics, Cum Laude in 1993 and his law degree with Honors in 1998 from Florida State University. Between college and law school Rob managed a chain of restaurants, giving him first-hand insight on the challenges faced by employers.
Brian Ricotta started working with HR Law in 2017, quickly establishing himself as an “Up & Comer” recognized by Florida Trend’s Legal Elite in 2022. He is an aggressive and skilled litigator whose practice spans a wide range of industries. Brian earned his undergraduate degree in economics Magna Cum Laude from Syracuse University in 2014, and his law degree with Honors from the University of Florida. In 2017. He is proud to serve on the board of directors for Kids’ Chance of Florida, providing academic scholarships to the children of injured workers.
Dino Jahic, who joined our firm in 2024, has been instrumental to our successful expansion into Jacksonville. With intensive experience handling Worker’s Compensation claims, he works with clients across multiple industry sectors. Dino earned his B.A. degrees in Political Science and Government and in Business Administration, Cum Laude, from the University of Florida. His law degree is from Florida State University, where he earned multiple academic honors and the Book Award in Legal Writing and Research II.
