Anthony M. Amelio

Anthony M. Amelio, a shareholder in HR Law’s Fort Pierce office, was admitted to the Bar of the United States Supreme Court in 2019. A member of the Florida Bar since 1996, he has been Board Certified as a Specialist in Workers’ Compensation since 2005.

Tony represents employers, carriers, and third-party claims administrators with a special focus on professional employer organizations. Two of his clients, Packard Claims and SouthEast Personnel Leasing, administer more than 250,000 Florida employees in a wide variety of industries.

Tony holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Master’s of Science in International Affairs from Florida State University. In 1996, he earned his Juris Doctor with Cum Laude honors from Stetson University, where he was a member of the Law Review. Prior to practicing law, he served as an aide to gubernatorial campaigns for Jeb Bush in 1993 and Bob Martinez in 1990.
