Tania Ogden joined HR Law in 2026. During her 30 years practicing Workers’ Compensation, she has represented insurance companies, employers and injured workers. Additionally, she served as a state mediator for five years. Tania is bilingual and speaks Spanish fluently. She has served as an adjunct professor at Ave Maria University Law School, teaching a course in Workers’ Compensation.
She began her legal career practicing bankruptcy law in Broward and Dade Counties. She returned to Southwest Florida in 1996, and began practicing Workers’ Compensation.
Tania is a native Floridian who grew up in Tampa. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Florida State University and her Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School in Des Moines, Iowa.
Outside of the office, Tania enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her adult children.
