Bill Rogner Argues Before Florida’s Supreme Court

Bill Rogner argued the case of Bouayad v. Normandy Insurance Company before the Florida Supreme Court in Tallahassee on June 3, 2025.  At issue is the burden of proof when dealing with intentional torts that occur while the claimant is working. The case was certified by the First District Court of Appeals as “a case of great public importance.“
